4. Transportation delays

If you do not receive your package within 15 working days of shipment, please contact customer service and we will investigate with the shipper (Fedex). Investigations may take up to 7 business days to complete. We understand this can be frustrating and MYHOME will do its best to correct this issue once the investigation is complete.
