1. Cancel/Change Order
Orders from MYHOME Home Furnishing customers are continuously sent to our warehouse throughout the day so that we can ship them to you as soon as possible. Therefore, changes or cancellations cannot be made 24 hours after an order is placed, once the order has been transferred to the warehouse and processed by staff.
2. Returns are not supported
Mingyang Home Furnishing Distribution Platform does not support return services due to the following non-product reasons:
- Product does not meet customer needs
- Don't like the color or quality
- Customer changes his mind
- Customer ordered wrong product
- Product not purchased from us
- Non-product quality issues
Please remind your customers to carefully confirm the specification, size and color of the product before placing an order.
3. Reissue goods/refund:
If the goods are lost or damaged before delivery, an application must be submitted within 7 days and we will provide you with replacement goods or refund services.
Application process:
Please submit a reissue or refund application through the MYHOME distribution platform within the specified time, and provide relevant supporting materials (such as purchase voucher, photos or videos of damaged vouchers). Specific photos are subject to confirmation by our after-sales service department.
We will review the application within 2 working days after receiving it. After passing the review, we will reissue new products or provide you with a refund for the lost goods.
Once the refund is initiated, we will automatically refund it to your original payment method within 2 working days.
